Instructions
In a food processor, blend frozen berries into a paste. Transfer to a bowl or deep dish.
400 g mixed berries
Add the yogurt, milk, vanilla and maple syrup to the berry paste. Whisk until well combined.
200 ml milk,
1/2 cup greek yogurt,
1 tbsp vanilla,
1/4 cup maple syrup
Gently fold in the fresh berries and store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
