Pizza toppings of choice: bell peppers, onions, mushrooms (thinly sliced)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place the protein bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
1 slice protein bread
Add the pizza sauce to the bread.
2 tbsp pizza sauce
Add shredded cheese and toppings as desired.
30 g shredded cheese
Place the assembled pizza in the oven for 8 minutes or until cheese melts. Enjoy!
