Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add the oats, almonds, and flax seeds to a parchment-lined baking tray and toast for 10 minutes in the oven.

1/2 cup almonds
Soften the dates in the microwave for 1 minute or until they soften.

In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Add the honey and softened dates.

1/2 tsp cocoa powder,
60 g dark chocolate,
2 tbsp coconut,
1 tsp cinnamon,
1 pinch salt
Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper. Add the mixture and press firmly into the sheet or pan.
Cover the baking sheet or pan and freeze for at least 15 minutes.
Cut the mixture into 10 bars and place in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for a maximum of ten days.
