Instructions
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
To a food processor, add the cottage cheese and eggs. Add a pinch of salt.

Mix the ingredients at high speed until well combined.
Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the oven for 35 minutes.
After 35 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow to cool. Cut the bread into the desired shape and serve.
