Pink Fruit Salad
This simple and refreshing fruit salad. A great way to enjoy the natural sweetness of fresh fruit. It's a healthy and delicious snack or dessert that's perfect for any occasion.
Equipment
- 1 bowl or deep dish
- 1 spoons
- 1 whisk
- 1 measuring spoons
- 1 measuring cups
- 1 blender, food processor
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup strawberries diced
- 400 g mixed berries frozen
- 200 ml milk skimmed, low fat
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp vanilla powder, extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend frozen berries into a paste. Transfer to a bowl or deep dish.400 g mixed berries
- Add the yogurt, milk, vanilla and maple syrup to the berry paste. Whisk until well combined.200 ml milk, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1/4 cup maple syrup
