Low-Calorie Popcorn
This light and crunchy popcorn is a healthy and satisfying snack that's perfect for movie nights or anytime you're craving a little something salty.
Equipment
- 1 microwave
- 1 microwavable bag small
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp popcorn kernels
- oil spray (canola, butter, or olive oil)
- salt
- seasoning to taste
Instructions
- In a paper bag, add popcorn kernels, oil, salt and seasonings. Mix well.2 tbsp popcorn kernels, oil spray, salt, seasoning
- Fold the bag from the top. Repeat for a total of two folds.
- Place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Time may vary depending on the microwave temperature.
- Stop when the popping sound starts to slow down*.
- Sprinkle with salt or other seasonings to taste. Enjoy!
