Dr. Monira Al-Arouj wins the Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences

The Dasman Diabetes Institute management congratulates Dr. Monira Al-Arouj, Diabetes Consultant at DDI, and her team for winning the Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences. This award in recognizes Dr. Monira’s efforts in launching a smartphone application to help diabetes patients assess their risk factors and determine whether they can fast during the month of Ramadan under medical supervision.
