Cuban Ambassador visits DDI

H E Ambassador Hector Igarza Cabrera, Director of North Africa, and Middle East of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Mr Jose Luis, Charge D’Affairs of the Cuban Embassy in Kuwait, met with Dr Qais Al Duwairi, Director Genereal of DDI, to discuss mutual means of collaboration.
