KFAS Prize Winner Gives Scientific Talk at DDI

Prof. Fowzan Sami Alkuraya gave a lecture titled “The Transformative Power Of Arab Founder Variants In Precision Medicine” at DDI for staff and guests. Prof. Alkuraya recently won the the prestigious Kuwait Prize Laureate 2022 in the field of basic sciences.

Prof. Alkuraya is the Chief Medical & Genomics Officer at Lifera Omics, the Professor of Human Genetics at the College of Medicine in Alfaisal University and the Adjunct Principal Scientist at the Centre for Genomic Medicine in King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center.
