Immunity Shot
Ingredients
- 2 oranges medium-sized
- 2 lemon medium-sized
- 80 g ginger fresh
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 500 ml water
Instructions
- Peel the oranges and lemons and cut into large pieces.2 oranges, 2 lemon
- Wash the fresh ginger and cut into small pieces.80 g ginger
- In a blender, add orange, lemon, ginger, turmeric, black pepper and water.1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 500 ml water
- On high speed, blend the ingredients together until mostly smooth.
- Strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer and discard the pulp.
- Pour the liquid in a large glass jar or smaller glasses and enjoy.
- Store the remaining mixture in the refrigerator.
